Worked as CEO /general manager across several industries: premium audio, glass, construction tools, lighting and consumer electronics. Strong international experience at small to mid-sized family enterprises as well stock exchange listed and private equity owned companies. Main strength is the ability to translate purpose and vision into focused strategy plans and inspiring management teams to execute accordingly. Analytical and pragmatic decision maker listening to different views. Clear and transparent in communication and participative in decision making. Expertise in business value creation, transformation / restructuring and industrial / operational improvement. Deep functional understanding of: sales, marketing, product /business creation, manufacturing, supply chain and M&A.
