Dylan Ramsey
Chief Legal Officer
Dylan Ramsey serves as iFIT’s Chief Legal Officer, leading a team of professionals responsible for advising the business on commercial transactions, finance, mergers and acquisitions, governance, intellectual property, litigation, labor and employment law and other matters. Dylan has over 15 years of experience advising publicly-traded and private companies on their most critical legal and strategic challenges. He most recently served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Vista Outdoor, Inc., an NYSE-listed outdoor recreation products company with over $3 billion of annual sales, 7,000 employees, and manufacturing, distribution and office facilities in North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Vista Outdoor, he practiced corporate and securities law with the legal department at Capital One Financial Corporation and with the law firms Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Linklaters LLP. Dylan received his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and his BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
