
Hike around Lake Tahoe in the Beginner Incline Series with iFit Trainer John Peel!

John Peel is a former NCAA Division I football player. Using his extensive knowledge and fitness experience, he’s opened up his own personal gym. He specializes in circuit training and transforming your body and mind. John’s workouts are fun, fast-paced, and very dynamic. You can always expect a good sweat!

You’ll head to the trails surrounding Lake Tahoe in this beginner program as you experience breathtaking landscapes and rock formations. Each workout was filmed in Lake Tahoe—located on the state line between California and Nevada. This popular tourist destination is known for its crystal clear water, outdoor recreation, and ski resorts.
This series will allow you to experience the most beautiful sights that Tahoe has to offer. You’ll hike along the vast network of trails and move your body while you take in the beauty of this iconic landscape.
John will coach you through a total of 12 workouts in this series. Each one will focus on building your endurance and hiking ability. You’ll tackle incline changes, interval pushes, and steady climbs as you make your way through the trails of Lake Tahoe.
In this series, you’ll experience beautiful locations like Inspiration Point, Maggie’s Peak, and the Rubicon Point Lighthouse.
