
Tackle Short but Effective Workouts in the Quick Burn Challenge
Life is busy and summer is in full swing, but that doesn’t mean your fitness goals should take a backseat. This July, the Quick Burn Challenge is here to provide fast, effective workouts that fit your schedule, whether you’re on vacation or just trying to get through the week. Clocking in at 20 minutes or less, each workout helps you stay consistent, no matter how busy your schedule is.
Each level packs plenty of targeted workouts sure to help you feel the burn and get on with your day, all month long.
Complete the workouts from your selected Challenge level by July 31, 2025 and you’ll earn this digital reward for your Trophy Case.
Here are this month’s Challenges:
Treadmill and elliptical workouts

Walking: Get your steps in as you walk through the Dominican Republic, New Zealand, Switzerland, Nashville, Utah, and French Polynesia. Each quick workout is led by some of your favorite iFIT Trainers, including John Peel, Stacie Clark, and more!

Running: Complete quick runs in Australia, New Jersey, Hawaii, Iceland, French Polynesia, and Ireland this month. Join iFIT Trainers like Zac Marion, Sanya Richards-Ross, and more as you hit the pavement together!

Bike workouts

Casual Riding: Ride your way through French Polynesia, Montana, Arizona, Bermuda, Italy, and Colorado in these short but effective bike workouts. Cycle alongside expert iFIT Trainers like Yuri Hauswald, Paulo Barreto, Jenny Feltcher, and more!

Amped Cycling: Increase the intensity with quick workouts in Turkey and feel the energy in the iFIT Studio. Clocking in at under 20 minutes, you’ll make the most of every minute alongside iFIT Trainers Richard Biglia, Ashley Paulson, and Jen Hudak!
