
Complete all 26.2 miles of the 2019 Boston Marathon in the Boston Marathon Series with iFit Trainer Ashley Paulson!

Ashley Paulson has always loved long-distance running. Inspired by her dad, an avid marathon runner, she began joining him on his shorter runs at eight years old. Today, she is an AFAA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, who is also certified in kickboxing, Zumba, and cycling. As an Ironman athlete, she is a self-proclaimed cardio junkie, and she never turns down a good HIIT workout!

This 5-part program will take you through the entire Boston Marathon course with Ashley. Together, you will cover all 26.2 miles of the race, exploring iconic parts of the course, including Framingham Station, Wellesley College, and Heartbreak Hill.
This advanced program will take you through the race with Ashley coaching you every step of the way. Each workout will cover a different part of the course, from the starting line to the final stretch! You’ll also learn about the rich history of Boston, Massachusetts as you complete the world’s oldest annual marathon.
The Boston Marathon has a field of 30,000 runners—the majority of whom qualify for the race by running fast enough to meet a standard for their age group. You’ll feel the energy of the other participants and spectators as you push yourself through each workout.
Ashley will lead you through a total of 5 workouts in this series. Each workout will cover a portion of the 2019 Boston Marathon course, for a total of 26.2 miles. You’ll take in the sights and sounds of this beautiful course and feel the energy of the race day experience.

About Kyoto, Japan You’ll ride through famous landmarks in this series, including Hikone Castle, Yasu River, and the Sagano Bamboo Forest. Each workout was filmed in Kyoto, Japan—an area famous for its numerous classical Buddhist temples. It is also known for its beautiful gardens, Shinto shrines, traditional wooden houses, and imperial palaces. This series will allow you to experience the most beautiful sights this city and country have to offer. You’ll ride and train on the roads and trails to move your body while you take in the beauty of this historically significant region. About the workouts Ashley will lead you through a total of 12 workouts in this series. Each ride is designed to help you build strength and endurance in a short workout. You’ll push through strength climbs, intervals, and speed workouts. In this series, you’ll experience beautiful locations like the Echi River, Hikone Castle, and the Kojinyama Shrine.
