At iFIT, we’ve had extraordinary opportunities to travel the globe for our workout series, taking members like you along the way. On Earth Day, we reflect on the scenic beaches, mountains, deserts, forests, cities, and islands we’ve visited.

Today, we celebrate Mother Nature by focusing on the things we can do to make a difference for the future of our planet. Luckily, there are so many ways you can make your everyday life a little greener! For example, choosing locally grown produce is a great way to get started. Not only is this a more sustainable choice, but you’ll be helping local farmers, too! If your office or a friend’s house is within a reasonable distance, consider walking or biking instead of driving to help cut down on gas emissions. These sustainable suggestions are just a few of the many ways you can do your part.
