The Time Crunch Challenge is all about short workouts. Whether you’re looking for quick workouts to fit your schedule or a way to ramp up your 2022 milestone count, the November Challenge is the perfect way to stay active through the holidays. With each workout just 20 minutes or less, it’s easy to keep iFIT in your plans!
